I have to be honest. I’m just cutting my teeth on champagne and its history (which there is a lot of let me tell you!). Yes, there is plenty to be learned about this peculiar sparkling wine. So, imagine my surprise when I came across a brut (basically meaning dry) champagne at a company holiday mixer. Imagine my further surprise when I realize this champagne is from New York!

Taylor Brut Champagne hails from New York. I haven’t had a chance to try it out yet, but I’m sure I will soon!
