Well, a full month and a half later and can still conjur up the awesomeness the shiraz that is Fat Bastard.  I seem to remember it being fruitier and fuller than most shiraz that one can get from that wonderful country known as France.

Next up, I will be on the hunt for the perfect summer wine…..
